I've officially lost my mind. In the past week, I have applied for positions with two former U.S. Presidents and the richest man in America. Despite some of this year's setbacks, apparently my ego is still intact. I may have also applied for a position as a nurse, it's all kind of a blur.
In other news, good for him.

Yeah for Bill Gates! I read this great book called "The World is Flat" by Thomas Friedman. He said the Gates Foundation polled scientist for the top third-world problems, and gave 250 million to the 14 best proposals: making vaccines that don't need to be refrigerated, genetically modified plants that have all the vitamins and minerals for good nutrition and so on. Go him!

I am so in love with what the Gates Foundation is doing. And Warren Buffet just gave them OODLES of more money to carry out this amazing mission. I hope you get to be a part of it. :-) Cheers!
